Wednesday, August 7, 2002 Sacramento, CA: new 20,000 sq.ft. private ramp park This outdoor park is open to bikes with a lot of ramps and decent prices. From Rob Jensen hello everyone at bro, I thought i'd update you on a skatepark we've been working on here in Sacramento. Its located at the California Muscle Sports Complex in North Highlands. The park is 20,000 sq. ft. and located out doors. There are plans to build a roof over the park for the winter too. About half the park is finished and everything built thus far is open to ride. The park features a multi level 80' wide quarter, large box and street spine, and various other quarterpipes and wedges. There is a $20 yearly membership fee and a $5 per session fee for members/ $10 for non members. The park is open mon-fri from 8 to 9 and weekends from 10 to 6. Helmets and knee pads are required. I thought you guys may want to post this on your web site being its the first bike friendly park in Sacramento since the Daily Grind eight years ago. This park is a great progression for the riders of northern callifornia. Thank you! -rob jensen Ignite board park 7031 watt ave North Highlands, Ca 95660 (916)334-2639 keywords: private ramp park sacramento |
